INDIVIDUAL DESIGN SERVICES (Outside of our package deals)

WEB DESIGN (Programming) (from $85/hr.)

All PHP, CMS, HTML, HTML5, JavaScript, MySQL, C++, .Net, ASP coding for custom web development will be based on the hourly fee as mentioned above for one programmer. Should your job require a timeline reflective of a multiple programmers scenario, then those fees will be adjusted accordingly.

FLASH ANIMATION DESIGN ($75/hr.)

All Flash design services are based on an hourly production rate. This includes consultation, hand-renderings, first phase artwork (if requested) and final design. The final rendering is property of the owner. However, the original development files are property of The Design Affiliates. Proprietary ownership of these files may be arranged for and additional fee. Not to exceed 8 hours (additional time can be purchased)

SET-UP/DESIGN (NON FLASH) ($55/hr.)

Set-up fee is equal to no more than 8 hours of set up, edit and/or design time. The assessment of this fee is concurrent with the current hourly rate as posted on The Design Affiliates web site (SEE SERVICES). All services projected to occur after the initial 8 hours must be paid in full, prior to any additional design, edits, updates or services. 

WEB HOSTING (from $4.99/mo.) 

Hosting fees are due monthly on the same date of purchase in each consecutive month for 1 year from the date of this contract. All late fees will impose 2% additional charge after the due date. If hosting fee is not paid in full after 14 days of the due date, a temporary page will be placed on your site until the account has been cleared from a negative balance. >>> CLICK HERE!

DOMAIN REGISTRATION (URL PURCHASE)(from $9.99) 

A domain name registry, is part of the Domain Name System (DNS) of the Internet which converts domain names to IP addresses. It is an organization that manages the registration of Domain names commonly referred to as the dot com or (wwwyourname.com). The domain name purchase for this agreement is good for not more than 2 years from this contract date. >>> CLICK HERE!

EMAIL (WEB-BASED)($2.50/mo. Unlimited)

WEB MAINTENANCE ($249/mo. 12 mo. min or hourly)

Web maintenance is limited to no more than 8 hours per month. If maintenance time is not used in a one month period, it will not carry over to the following month. Maintenance includes and is absolutely limited to updates of existing text, photos and current service modification revisions only and does not in any way include new design, additional concepts, color changes, significant photo or complex coding changes more than 10% of current written code or additions that are not specifically mentioned in the original agreement as listed on proposal. Amendment: 30 day support not to exceed 20 hours no additional fee due until following month. Normal hourly rate is mentioned above "Web Design". Most updates take 2 - 5 business days. 

Rush projects are considered to be any request that must be completed in a less than the normal time frame and will incur an additional fees.
